Madden 24 will not launch through EA App

I meet all requirements have all updated drivers and windows updates have more then enough storage and mine still goes to a black screen then back to the ea app
@Crip269 i dont even get that far to a black screen it just opens the mini madden 24 window with the white bar then closes and goes back to ea app smdh
