Madden 24 will not load

I have had Madden 24 for over a year now, talked to Multiple Support People and still nothing Somebody Please Help.... Every time I Launch Madden 24 It Will Open a Window and begin Loading. But once loading Is Complete It Will Close Madden 24 and reopen EA App. I've Tried the secure boot and multiple other Troubleshooting Please help i'm just trynna play madden. I also did the following:

• Download and install all available Windows Updates
