Madden 24 won’t load

This has been happening for 3 days and my saved franchise files were gone as well.

Still no access. It’s also not just Madden. PGA won’t load anything either. Only Sims 4 is functioning properly. 

Still need help… not working. None of my EA sports games will load now. Only Sims 4 is working on a new computer that is used for nothing but EA gaming. PLEASE ADVISE- last response didn’t correct anything. Also, why doesn’t my case show up on my account?
