Madden 24 Xbox X|S Crashing During Launch — Tried Everything

I am unexpectedly unable to launch madden 24 on my Xbox series X. When loading the game, it shows the starting screen, then goes black, then forces me back to the Home Screen. At times, it’ll go past...

Update: I still have no resolution on this and am still unable to play game. At times, I have been able to load the game and open franchise or MUT but then the game with inevitably crash. 

I contacted EA support (Case #162882463) and they too were unable to assist me and closed my ticket with a status of "No fix available". I do not understand how this happens and no one has a solution that works to simply launch and play the game.
