Update: I resumed my case with EA (Case #162882463) as it has been over a week of not being able to launch the game.
They did nothing but say that they are continuing to work on it. I asked if I could get a code to a different copy of the game to download as I am beginning to believe it could have something to do with EA servers not recognizing I own this game.
However, they said they were unable to assist with that and to contact Microsoft / Xbox.
So I did, Microsoft refunded me the money for the game then I waited two hours for it to show that I did not own the game anymore and repurchased it.
After it redownloaded I launched the game AND IT STILL CRASHES EVERYTIME I OPEN.
I am beyond frustrated and annoyed, as no one seems to know why I cannot launch the game. Not EA or Microsoft.
Please advise as soon as possible.
