UPDATE: I wanted to add some other things I have tested / observed in troubleshooting this.
1. I have done a full reset where I disconnected the power cord from my Xbox Series X, unplugged my router and modem. Waited 5 minutes, plugged the modem and router back in, waited 5 minutes for everything to come back online, then waited an additional 5 minutes and plugged my Xbox in and launched the game. Still nothing.
2. Made a new Xbox account and tried logging in, still crashes.
3. One weird thing is that I noticed today, if I launch Madden then pull up the menu where you can still see the game in the background it actually loads but as soon as I exit the menu crashes.
The fact that there has been no resolution and I have contacted EA 4 times is infuriating. Starting to think I will never be able to play Madden 24 again which would mean the last time I play Madden ever. Absolutely ridiculous.
Still nothing. I’m never buying an EA game again
