Update: I have heard nothing from EA about this issue and am still unable to play.
While home for the holidays, I went to a friend's house who has an Xbox Series X and Madden 24 X|S so I logged into my Xbox account and was able to load up Madden 24 no problem at all.
However, I still cannot play on my Xbox series X.
In addition, I received FC24 as a gift and after downloading it I attempted to launch it and that came crashed / will not open either!! I then downloaded NHL 23 through the EA game pass and that also will not launch on my Xbox. From my understanding now, no X|S EA games will launch on my Xbox. Absolutely ridiculous.
neither Madden 24 nor FC24 work on my Xbox series s.
Madden 24 keeps freezing to my dashboard and FC24 I tried twice and said screw it.
This is beyond acceptable and som1 should try legal action against EA SORTS, Microsoft, Xbox, and the NFL. preferably all 4
These people have taken our money for nothing in return. They are thieves and need to be dealt with like thieves. But NONE of these four companies care about that or us one bit

I have noticed this issue as well on my Xbox. Though I am still able to play the games for a little bit, 20 to 40 mins, before it either crashes or completely crashes my xbox. EVERY EA game is doing this for me. Im at a complete loss for words as to how this issue even exist and how its gone on this long.

@ItsBeaner dude I have been living with the same problem.
For me, it all started when the first update/season of CoD came out. From there, Cod has graphic issues, Madden24 doesn't load up, tony hawk has graphic issues, NHL24 has graphic issues, Netflix has graphic issues. I'm sure there is more.
I have done all the things you had posted, 2x over on some. No fix.
Before that CoD update, my Xbox series x never had an issue. Now I hardly turn it on to play games because it does nothing but disappoint.
Sadly they really don't care about your issue as you are not hearing nothing back. Just money to them.
