Madden 24
I purchased madden 24 deluxe on my series x. It gave me 2 files (1 for Xbox 1 and 1 for series x). I accidently downloaded the Xbox 1 version. I played it all day yesterday and spent my madden points. I realized last night it was the wrong version. So I downloaded the series x version. None of my progress is there and my madden points are gone. The person I spoke to this morning told me to uninstall both and re-install the series x version and all my progress will show up. We'll, I did all that and my progress did not show up and my madden points are gone

sadly, while Madden 24 has Dual Entitlement, it does not possess Cross-progression. Any progress you made on the old gen version of the game won't cross over to the Gen 5 version of the game.
Similarly, only the avatar progression and gear purchases within Superstar mode will transfer.
