Madden 25 Deluxe pre order rewards missing

So I pre order madden 25 deluxe edition and didn’t get all the rewards I did not just pay 96 dollars just to not get all of the rewards

    Unfortunately, missing items are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. You will want to reach out to our support with your Purchase Information.

     

    How to use EA Help

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Madden 24 or Madden 25 (or any game you're trying to play)
    3. Select the See all help topics
    4. Select the option I want to check my order status
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

@fortnitegodcam13 Thank u ea and also the men stop movein in the middle of game play they just stop in the middle of game play or they just run off into no mans land. Can ea fix all this for us thank you ea
