Yeah nothing about it is fixed, and I doubt it ever will be tbh. It's pretty simple; it's always about the money. And there is no money to be made in fixing technical issues, performance issues, or gameplay issues. But there is money to be made in selling packs. Legacy code and sit on your butt ftw.
So looking at it, I have no problem with the game running great in practice mode, superstar mode, or a solo challenge etc. It's only when I play other people that I run into problems. I don't have lag when playing other multiplayer games though. This seems to be an issue with EA's servers, as it is the only factor present when there is lag, and not present when there is not.
True but the cpu usage does get extremely high still when no other game does this to my PC
Uh yeah it was so bad that I started noticing the temp and voltage was getting higher than it should've been when simply opening firefox, so I got in and noticed the thermal paste was crusted. Replaced it and it solved the problem. However I was pushing things a bit playing madden on one monitor while watching football games on the other and that definitely wasn't healthy. Although it still isn't as bad as it should've been. Because yeah...CPU usage is unusual.
