dude I have the same exact issues.. I have a pretty good quality gaming pc and I did all the same things you did.. and the game still runs terribly.. we shouldnt even have to change any settings if you have a half decent comp that meets the requirements the game should run as smoothly as it does on console.. this issue is rampant across PC users.. its clearly a major issue which means EA released this knowing about these problems.. and even after thousands of ppl have complained about it they havent done anything to fix it and its been over a year.. INSANE..
