Same first time this happened to me with Madden MLB The Show Previous years also this year it worked though , Great where did you get your Xbox series x from when you purchased?

If you are running into crashing on a Series X can you let us know which Graphics mode you have Madden NFL 24 set to, and if switching the graphics option prevents this from happening?

I tried image quality first , then performance . Still crashes . The longest I played was 2 mins inthe first quarter then it kicks me back to the Home Screen or restarts my Xbox series x

I don't even get a chance to play 2 minutes 😂 as soon as I go to enter any mode that loading symbol in the bottom left hand corner spins 1 time and it freezes the game kicking me back to the Xbox dashboard

Performance and Quality mode both crash my game.
It crashes on either as I did that bc I thought that would be a workaround and it wasn’t. If u need anymore information pls ask away as this has been happening for awhile now and I’m desperate to get it fixed 🤷🏻♂️⚠️
I've attempted the following in the past 24 hours:
* Factory reset my Xbox Series X
* Reinstalled Madden 24
* Removed all USB and external storage devices
* Reinstalled Madden 24 on External Storage
* Changed Graphics mode from performance to Quality
* Rebooted system multiple times
* Closed game and restarted game multiple times
I am still having the game crash on me and returns me to the Xbox dashboard. Primarily MUT. @EA_Illium
This does not happen with Call of Duty, MLB The Show or Diablo 4. Only Madden.
I contacted ea, they said “we are find a solution as multiple users have been troubled with this issue”
I've been looking everywhere for a fix to this. Done everything you can name. Xbox series x plugged directly into wall outlet now. Cleared Mac address, cleared cache(persistent storage), hard reset, Uninstalled and redownloaded and I've been able to finish two games in mut on madden 24 out of like 20 I've played. Changed from performance to image quality. Literally tried everything. Every single mut game it crashes to dashboard. Crashes in solo challenges, mut draft and have even crashed sitting in mut menu. Not on xbox insider program at the moment either.
Hey man, this issue is still happening for a lot of us.
can you PLEASE do something about this? I didn’t pay for this game for it not to work and it’s getting to be ridiculous that you all haven’t patched this issue.
For the love of god, fix this already!
