Thanks for the information provided so far, while we take a further look into this.
I wanted to check if anyone on a Series X might be apart of the Xbox insider program and on an insider build of the Xbox operating system.

I’ve tried this also being in or out of the insider program doesn’t matter bc it still does it
this customer service is at an all time low, you cant even contact them cause they dont answer emails .
