I have the exact same problem. I’ve contacted ea help multiple times and have only been told to uninstall and reinstall my game to see it that would fix it. When I told them it didn’t they just told me to come here and hope the community mangers see it. The fact that this has been a problem for years and hasn’t been fixed yet is embarrassing. The same issue carried over multiple titles and they can’t seem to fix it or have just completely ignored the problem it’s self.
Yeah it's still not fixed. Absolutely ridiculous. Completely obliterating people just to have my game crash and lose.
This is absolutely ridiculous. $70 for a game that crashes every 30 mins. Request a full refund from XBOX.
