Madden NFL 24 Crashing Xbox Series X/S

Extremely frustrating to see that yet again my game crashes when playing online. Same issue has been ongoing since Madden 23.

Halfway through a game, it begins to stutter then freeze, and completely closes the game. Some instances shuts my Xbox off. 

The community is begging for a fix to make this game playable. $75 down the drain for a game I can’t play for a 2nd year in a row 

Please fix the game! No hot fix / network adjustments works. This is the only game I have a problem with.

It's really starting to get to the point I want a refund ay every game I get into I can't enjoy coz I get dash board in 1st or 2nd quarter it's frustrating and it's starting to make me angry now nearly a week into having the game and still no fix please EA I just wanna spend a lot of money on MUT but I cant

• Where does the crash happen? (Are you doing the same activity each time?
• How often does it crash and is it always in the same place? 
• What graphics setting are you set to for in-game settings?
• Does this happen on another device?
• Does this happen to another account on your device?
• Are you playing from the console's internal drive or an external storage?

  • It happens in all game modes within Madden 24. It's sporadic in terms of what specific time during the game. I haven't been able to find a pattern of the crash behavior. When it does happen, it's usually after the ball is snapped or in the middle of a play.
• How often does it crash and is it always in the same place?
  • The game crashes all the time. Each time I play a match it crashes between the 1st and 2nd quarter. It's a range of time instead of specific point.
• What graphics setting are you set to for in-game settings?
  • I am currently using Performance Mode. Switching to Quality mode doesn't change the behavior. It crashes the same amount. I have tried running the game at 4K @ 120hz, 4k @ 60hz, 1440p @ 120Hz, 1080p @ 60Hz. The behavior doesn't change. I even changed TV's and it didn't fix the problem.
• Does this happen on another device?
  • This seems exclusive to Xbox. PC I didn't experience this frequent of crashing. I am going to borrow a friend's xbox to see if it's reproducible on their console.
• Are you playing from the console's internal drive or an external storage?
  • I am currently playing from the internal drive. I have tried external storage, no difference in behavior. It still crashes the same amount.

• How often does it crash and is it always in the same place? no not always, I can be adjusting my team or just scrolling through the menus
• What graphics setting are you set to for in-game settings?I’ve tried multiple set up but I’m currently running 1080p with 60hz

I’ve tried every single method and combination mentioned by either ea or what I’ve read up online, even thrown in a couple ideas my self and have had no luck. Uninstalled the game and factory reseted then re installed and nothing. It’s definitely a problem on EAs side as I’ve read multiple people have had the exact same problem.

Any help would be great in getting this sorted asap as I’m pretty keen to play. 
also note I had no issues playing the old gen version on the series x, that was before I realised I was playing the wrong version lol
