Which console generation do you have? Next gen
What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? xBriingax
Date/time issue occurred everyday since early release can't get past 1st or 2nd quarter
What type of issue do you have? Freezing the get dash boarded some times freezes then turns my xbox off
Which mode has this happened in? All game modes
Which part of the mode? In a game in 1st or 2nd quarter it don't happen in menus

How often does the bug occur? Even time I load up the game if I try play h2h ultimate team,superstar even challengers
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
What happens when the bug occurs? It freeze in game then it dash boards me some times it freezes then turns my xbox off

  @EA_Shepard iv already tired the steps u posted many times even tried reinstalling my game 3 times still no luck I have filled out the info that you have posted hopefully the team can fix it has I'm a heavy champs playing trying to spend money

    I'm in the same boat as @xBriingax . We're having the same symptoms where we can't complete any matches without the game freezing.

@EA_Shepard Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I have already tried these steps as @EA_Illium already suggested these steps on 8/16/2023.
I've factory reset my console, changed all the suggested settings, reinstalled the game 3x. No luck, same behavior. I've reported this issue to Microsoft and they suggested to work with you. I've reached out to EA Help and they left my ticket open since this isn't fixed.

Date/time issue occurred? Every time I play. I played on 8/15, 8/16, 8/18 between 7pm CDT - 11pm CDT. Time varies between 11am CDT - 4pm CDT on 8/19, 8/20
What type of issue do you have? Anytime i'm playing the game where a football match is involved, the game crashes after a few minutes and sends me back to the Xbox dashboard.
Which mode has this happened in? All of them. Quick play, Mini camp, Online H2H, MUT solo battles, MUT challenges, MUT house rules, MUT H2H.
Which part of the mode? During the first few minutes of the mode.
Summarize your bug? The game freezes while playing and sends me back to the Xbox Dashboard. I have to start the game up again after this happens.
How often does the bug occur? All the time. See above. I have not been able to complete a match.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play any match of Madden for an extended period of time on Xbox Series X
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes and sends me back to the Xbox Dashboard.

Date: Been happening since Madden 23. But Friday 8/18 for Madden 24 when game released.
Issue: Middle of game and game either shuts down and boots me to Home Screen or will just shut off Xbox.
Mode: Every mode. Notice it mostly in online franchise during a game.
Bug: Game just shuts off in middle of a game. Can never finish a user game and have to resume about 5-20 times in a regular game against CPU
Occur: Every time. Sometimes I’ll get in about 10 minutes of game play other times it’s 2 minutes
Steps: Play an online franchise under my EA account. You’ll figure it out in the 1st or 2nd Quarter.
What Happens: My game stops and kicks me back to Home Screen or Xbox Shuts completely off.

Weird. Clearing my persistent blue-ray storage and opening my NAT didn't solve the OFFLINE crashing problem.

  Yup thats because its a loading bug/code issue , EA next steps
  1️⃣Take The Data we gave them and the console operating system version/builds
  2️⃣Run a debug code error stress test watching the code run on both old gen and new gen see where the code differs (thats the baseline where the crash happens) for example in New Gen you have the pre game gameplans thats not in old Gen but my opinion from the crashes is the loading screen taking you into a game or mode or sequence trigger of a replay thats where I believe the bad code is at
  3️⃣Fix the code running it on as many versions of the Xbox series x console releases from year 1 it released to current to make sure the hardware works with operating system and code in Tech we call these Drivers and its usually the Gpu (Graphics Card) not playing nice with the underlying operating system such as Windows
  4️⃣Release the fix and show the community you care ❤ I understand its millions and millions lines of code and thousands of people who work on a game but you can't have us pay for a game which never works as long as they fix within the first month I forgive game companies

    Yeah I totally agree. For me it’s always mid game, pre play or when selecting a play. I think it’s a sequence trigger for replay or maybe be even a trigger for a commentator phrase or stat window.
