Community Manager@xBriingax I get it. We needed to make sure these were done after maintenance that was we give provide that information to the team so we don't go back and forth with steps we had not yet tried since the update was pushed.
By the looks of it it's a server problem. I can play franchise and only get an error that I need to connect to ea servers every time I go to the next week in franchise or do other things in franchise. In all online modes the game completely crashes to dashboard. Most likely you guys could narrow it down to what servers the problems are happening on by simply tracking what accounts are reporting the issue and what servers they're connecting too. Then figure out what the problem with those servers are and fix it. I'm not working for you or any other game company and I can figure that out. Pass it on please for the love of god.

That wasn't my case. I played offline quick play and let the game run without me playing, it still crashed.
