Absolutely unacceptable as I have been in contact with Xbox support and they said it’s a game issue…
Xbox told me the same thing. EA walked me through trying 2 things and then said take it up with XBOX. This alone is making me not want to support madden anymore. We have put up with subpar games for years and now this is their “redemption”. It’s really sad
