@EA_Illium Graphics mode doesn't change anything. I've switched it numerous times. It's something to do with your servers or the game coding/programming itself. We have all exhausted every option possible including every single option you can think of for us to do on our end. I did all of this the first day. Without you guys telling me how.
@EA_Illium sadly I had to downgraded my series X to get a series S for me to be able to play the game there is something wrong with the series X version but is there any compensation I can get for not being able to play for a week

@xBriingax Apologies to confirm you stopped seeing crashing when you went from Series X to Series S?

- @EA_Illium I tested this I’m only able to play on series s as it crashes almost 200-300% less on series s than a series x but I really don’t want to downgrade my console just to play madden ya know. The main issue is that on the Series X it crashes a tremendous amount and is way more frequent on it than the series s I only crashed 1x in about 50+ games but compare that to the Series X I haven’t been able to finish a game let alone get past halftime.
