@EA_Illium sadly I had to downgraded my series X to get a series S for me to be able to play the game there is something wrong with the series X version but is there any compensation I can get for not being able to play for a week

- @EA_Illium I tested this I’m only able to play on series s as it crashes almost 200-300% less on series s than a series x but I really don’t want to downgrade my console just to play madden ya know. The main issue is that on the Series X it crashes a tremendous amount and is way more frequent on it than the series s I only crashed 1x in about 50+ games but compare that to the Series X I haven’t been able to finish a game let alone get past halftime.
- @EA_Illium Still seeing the crash. Just got done with EA support, and we tried the latest troubleshooting steps with no luck. I was advised to wait for a patch which is insane
I switched from my series x to my woman's series s and haven't seen a problem since. Think it depends on what xbox is running the game potentially. Series x it would crash over and over within a minute of starting a game and maybe 5 out of the 50 games I played I was able to play a full match or close to it on the series x. Switched last night and played 4 full games without any problems on my woman's series s.
@EA_Illium that is correct for me anyway
