Well at least you get to game mode I can’t even get to the menu screen anymore. With it crashing. Fkn insane that this is an issue AGAIN can’t even play the [removed] game 1 week after release

@EA_Illium @EA_Shepard I've borrowed my buddies Xbox Series X and used my profile. Installed the game on that console. The crashing has not happened on his console and I've played for several hours with different modes.
One thing worth noting, he bought his console last year and less than a year old of use. I've had my console since launch day in 2020.
What are the next steps given this result?
I have the same got mine the year of launch through best buy , I was unable to play the Xbox series x version of MLB The Show until this years version where it worked. Something these games don't like about those first versions of the system. So the key for EA should be look at those first systems by model number find out what operating system version they run and stress test the code when you find the bad code or error release the fix. This sucks only being able to play the Old Gen Version Of Madden 24 from my Digital Pur hase . Ea I would also reach out to Mlb the Show Devs and find out the resolution they did to make the code run.

Iv had my since launch to @SconnieGuy223 but they don't care about us bro iv had to downgrad to play the game and we don't get no compensation for not being able to play @EA_Illium @EA_Shepard @EA_Blitz

I got my series x at target two years ago. I’ve been having this issue with Madden and only EA games I since then
