Hey Everyone,

Thanks for the information provided so far, while we take a further look into this.

I wanted to check if anyone on a Series X might be apart of the Xbox insider program and on an insider build of the Xbox operating system.

@EA_Illium Where are we at on getting this fixed? I get there’s a lot of code and a lot going on, but it’s been 9 days of playing games with 6-16 restarts.

Been doing this for 2 straight Madden games and can’t play one user game.

EA is ruining the experience of a game I have purchased since 2001. I’m not asking for a compensation, I’m asking for an answer and a solution.
