Madden NFL 25 — Cannot Equip Sleeves in Offline Career Mode

I haven’t been able to add sleeves or accessories like that in Madden 25 career mode off-line with a creative character. Is anyone else having the same problem? I’ve tried almost everything. Nothing fixes the issue.

I have an Xbox one, and purchased madden 24, it installed but once it starts to load it stops at the point it says taking the field. My son is so upset!
