Madden not starting from Steam due 'you don't have access'

Hi,

I am not getting any security verification emails by EA on both my accounts and emails. This makes me unable to log into some features.

I have just bought Madden 24 on Steam and EA keeps saying I don't have access do this title (ea and steam are linked) has been downloaded to my device by another user who owns the game. It says log in to a different account or restart the app to try again. I have already stopped any overlays and deleted all cache, nothing works + now I can't log in anymore because of the email verification not being send...

HELP ME PLS!
