Madden on XBOX
I purchased a digital code thru Best Buy and attempted to use the code on my XBOX and the code is saying redeemed. Has anyone had this issue ?

if you only tried to redeem the code once, and it said that it was already redeem on that first try, please contact Best Buy and inquire with them in regard to the issue. If a code was bought through a third party seller, it's best to contact them first.
If you tried to redeem the code several times, please make sure, you're logged into the account that you first tried to redeem the code on and check if the game is there.
