Madden Online Rank/Points

Hello,

My record in Madden 24 online head to head is 523 Wins - 185 Losses.

I was ranked around 1900 in the world with about 6000 ranking points and all of a sudden my points dropped to 2894. Why is this happening and how can I get my correct rank and points back?
