Madden Ps4 Disc won’t upgrade to Ps5 when it says it will

Bought Madden 24 on PS4 and it’s says upgrade to PS5 version on front cover of game. I own a PS5 disc console. There are no options in menu that will let you upgrade to PS5 version of game. This is why I bought this game to play PS5 version. If EA doesn’t fix this problem. That could very well be false advertising. Please, Fix it EA. It is so frustrating!

    Thank you!!  I have been on their socials all day trying to get this sorted and no response whatsoever. It even says it on the cover!
