exactly same problem for me, anyone know how to fix or if and when there will be a fix?
I’ve still had no response from EA, Sony, PlayStation help or any of their social media outlets. This is terrible customer service

Strange thing is I just tried it again and the system started down loading the PS4 version and the update even though they are both already installed. Still no upgrade options.
I’m getting very annoyed with all parties involved here. I am still nowhere near further forward what’s really annoying is exact same digit copy shows dual entitlement from get go! It’s Exaclty same software!!! Punished for buying a disc
