Had lebgthy email chat with PSN they told me its a n EA issue. Lengthy chat with EA and they told me to go back to PSN!! Tearing my hair out with this now! Outrageous way to treat customers

Not yet in conversation with EA again and they’ve asked me to report as a bug which I have. Will keep you posted

Did you purchase the PS4 disc from the same region you reside in? Would it be possible to get a screenshot of the game/box case?

Yes I purchased it in the same region my account is set up with and fhe first file is the front of the game box and the second file is fhe back of the game box
Yes I have purchased in Uk and using on Uk machine
EA-Illium make yourself a hero here! You’re the first person on this forum that looks like could help. I thought might be a region thing too but doesn’t appear to be the case
If it helps the access to both versions on digital standard edition shows from the beginning it’s just the physical one that does not. Not sure if it’s set up incorrectly at sony or ea permissions side
