Madden Ps4 Disc won’t upgrade to Ps5 when it says it will

@Saesch82 I’m in Scotland seems like doesn’t matter where you are. I just don’t see why it’s such a hard thing for them to fix

@jonathanto902 As I already wrote, it is a world wide problem.
I opened a thread yesterday and now they are linked many reported issues into one thread.
For me it looks like that some connections are not working together anymore. Maybe this is a feature of the cloud... 🤔😉
