Madden Ps4 Disc won’t upgrade to Ps5 when it says it will

Hey Everyone, 

I wanted to reach out to confirm with anyone still running into this issue. 

Did you purchase the PS4 disc from the same region you reside in? Would it be possible to get a screenshot of the game/box case?

Having the same issue. We’ve tried everything and can’t find this free download. The box says “Upgrade to the digital PS5 version of the game at no additional cost”
