I recently bought madden 24 ps4 disc version from Amazon and on the cover of the game it says it will come with the ps5 edition aswell. Ea also mentions the ps4 disc version will come with the ps5 version but I cant seem to attain the ps5 version or upgrade to it

I’m going to try and return it back to Amazon. Get my money back. It’s false advertising!
Same problem on my end. I haven't had any problems with any other game that offers the upgrade. Madden seems to always have problems out of the gate. For as long as this franchise has gone the quality control or testing has seem to have failed since the current Gen has arrived.

Bought Madden 24 on PS4 and it’s says upgrade to PS5 version on front cover of game. I own a PS5 disc console. There are no options in menu that will let you upgrade to PS5 version of game. This is why I bought this game to play PS5 version. If EA doesn’t fix this problem. That could very well be false advertising. Please, Fix it EA. It is so frustrating!

I also have the same problem too. If I select the ps5 version it brings me up to the beta one.
I bought madden 24 for the PS4 but now got a PS5.
I put the disc in the drive and updates loaded and installed but no PS5 upgrade.
The Playstation Store also shows me that I can buy the game again, even though I have the game. Is this a bug? When can I upgrade to the PS5 version?
