Madden twitch drop not crediting to my account

Please help, my twitch drops are not being credited.

Hey EA. I watch the superbowl stream for madden 24 and I didnt receive my 92 super bowl player. I got all my other twitch drops on my account but im missing my 92 superbowl player
My EA username in madden 24 on xbox is Joe Ski3640
