Madden will not load

If you’ve recently (Late October 24) had issues with madden 24 losing then immediately crashing from black screen back to the app and you’ve tried all the fixes proposed by EA people try this:

In the windows search bar search “check updates.” Then go to “update history,” choose the most recent update (KB5044033 in this case) and select uninstall update. It should take a few minutes to uninstall the update, once it does it should fix the crash screen and you’ll be able to play again. I’m not sure if EA is working on a fix or not but this solved my problem.

Trying to get the game running for my son. Madden 24 splash image page pops, then a black window with a white title bar pops up. After 5 to 10 seconds, the window closes and the EA app opens up. This is absolute garbage.

I have played madden 24 through ea play on pc for about 100 hours now. However, over the last month I have ran into an issue where the game shows me a black screen for a few seconds when I launch it, and then closes automatically. I have contacted about 4 ea support workers, who tried their best, but nothing worked. If anybody knows a solution to this issue please don't hesitate to share it!

I have the same issue, but I haven't been able to play it once. I have Gamepass. When I launch, the Madden 24 splash screen comes up, then a black window with white title bar, then it closes and the EA app opens back up. I've seen extensive posts about this issue with a laundry list of different fixes, but none of them have worked for me and alot of others apparently. And it looks like this has been a problem for over a year. Many people have posted that they just gave up and requested a refund. Idk wtf to do. I've done so much. Would be nice if EA chimed in and helped with the issue. 

I have the ea play pro membership and the first game i downloaded is Madden 24. Everytime i try to open it i get a windowed black screen with a white banner at the top for a few seconds and then it just closes and ea opens back up. Ive tried everything from clearing cache, deleting and reinstalling, turning off firewall, performing clean reboot, moving the game files to different locations, disabling backround services, and nothing is working.
