Summarize your bug When completing all of the a.k.a. challenges to try and get the BND champion it does not give me for the tokens that I need. I’m not sure why that I don’t have the tokens. I would like to see this resolved so that way I can have the champion that I earned. It is very frustrating because I spent all this time completing the challenge and I am not even able to go ahead and enjoy my reward.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, because it is a solo challenge that is not giving me the rewards
What happens when the bug occurs? The rewards that I have worked for in this challenge is not populating in my account
What do you expect to see? I would like to see either the tokens be awarded to me, or at least one of the players be awarded to me because I worked so long to be able to earn this champion

When you've got the chance can you double-check your packs and see if you've got any unopened AKA Tokens waiting for you there?
If you still aren't seeing them, could you share a bit more info with us here?

I have no unopen AKA packs. I checked the week prior to the AKA champion set and had 28 tokens. Once I completed the final challenges and went to complete the champion set I was only able to select 22 tokens. I did not received the 85 ovr pack from completing the challenges either.
I’m on Xbox s series my gamer tag is skoobygang51 I don’t have any unopened packs but I’m missing 5 aka tokens and the 85 over pack tooI am on PC. My Account is AnyChrisGamer. I cannot share an image of my unopened packs because I don't have any unopened packs.

Just going to take a wild guess..
Not one person got the missing tokens, because let's be real, EA doesn't care at all.
The blitz promo they have out now is another insult and spit in the face of all gamers.
My suggestion got me a 48 hour ban on forums, you can't even talk about some things in this forum or you get banned, Even if they're 100% legal, and a suggestion to other frustrated players.
I don't even care about the tokens because by time we get them (which will be probably 4 weeks from now) The game is already beyond the rating.
I found it hysterical I got yet another John Madden, my 3rd john madden card for logging in, same exact card, yet no tokens. Well done EA You continue to shine.
When the Stock price of the overall company goes down, I hope someone from Quality Assurance takes a look at this forum/response and game that is the Madden 24 experience.

There has been no follow-up on this issue here or on the ticket I submitted to support. Anyone else have any luck?

I have 29 tokens, on PS4 platform. Username GRIM3CAM, completed all aka challenges and now I can't get my free 91 plus player? This needs to be fixed!!!!!!!
I'm the one who originally posted this in the forum. I have no unopened AKA packs, and I'm on the PS5. Still didn't get the missing packs, so I used it the AKA hero set. I was tired of waiting and knew this wouldn't be resolved in a timely manner.
EA abuses and hates their own customers...
They need to face accountability for how awful they've become.
Sorry to everyone who gets screwed, please keep letting friends/fams know about how EA games have gone...
