Community ManagerGood to know. I spent all yesterday in chat with EA Help and was told as part of the fix I should come here and post. Guess that was the typical pass the buck. I appreciate the response and will again follow up with the advisor from my last chat. At this point in the game I'm not expecting much, but for me that's not the point. For me it's the time out into making those cards that's my issue. Again thanks for the response.
Community ManagerThey should be investigating your account to try to find out what happened to those players. If they did that and cannot verify the claim, they'll send you to the forums to report it. Unfortunately though, we can't help with any missing content or account related issues.
