Missing Madden Points
Hi, I ordered 12,000 Madden points and for some reason i Still have yet to receive my points. Im kind of in a rush to get them as the Platinum bundle will be out of the store soon.

I redeemed a code for 12,000 points for MADDEN 24 and i got the points for Xbox 1 but I did not get the points for Xbox Series X which is what I play on. How can I get that fixed?
Is that what happens? so it redeems the points on the wrong version of the game?
