Missing Weekly Wildcard Challenges rewards

this is happening on Xbox one too I reported it yesterday and still waiting

The same thing happened to me on XBOX S - Weekly Wildcard Token, and BND 88 OVR Weekly Wildcard Fantasy Pack, I put up a post about it under bugs, but it disappeared. I recorded it and put it on my YouTube channel. No rewards for Tiers 14 and 15

This is the second week in a row it has happened to me I haven't got my rewards for tier 13,14,15 or 17. I'm getting so sick of this game and this stupid company every week its something new messed up with this game.

After playing Weekly Wildcard challenges this week I got the rewards from tier 15 which I reached last week, tier 16 and tier 18. So now I'm missing only 2 weekly wildcard tokens from tiers 14 and 17

I'm having this happen to me right now as well. Did not get a weekly wildcard token for doing the challenges in week 5 and still waiting...

I still haven't got my rewards. I don't think they care

Today after logging in out of nowhere I recieved the pack with one Weekly Wildcard token. So now only 1 token is missing for me
