MUT Solo Draft STILL not function--Currently says I need to claim rewards. I try to do that and receive ERROR "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." This has been an issue since early release access.

Missing Ultimate Team Packs from Skills Trainer--Completed 11/13 skill trainer sets and received only 2 packs.This has been an issue since early release access.

Solo Battles--Issues trying to get to the last (3rd of 4 opponents)...receive ERROR "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." This is an intermittent issue that seems to come and go as it pleases.

So here we are at Thursday and EA has run a maintenance. They didn't publish any notes, it seems, so the player base could have some idea of what they actually did.

What didn't they do?

1. They didn't fix the MUT Solo Draft server error.

2. They didn't fix the issue of Ultimate Team packs earned in Skills Trainer not actually being granted.

3. Solo Battles server errors, for me at least, seems to be the only thing they have managed to fix and really there's no indication that they did anything to resolves that since it seem to be working somewhat correctly late Tuesday.

When can we expect some answers and resolutions to ANY of the plethora of problems we've as a player base are encountering?

    Hey All,

    We are following up on this error specifically in Solo Draft. If you are still receiving this error after the maintenance this morning, please make sure first run through the following steps to see if they help at all with this as we want to cover everything we can.

    Connection Steps

    Xbox Steps

    • Quit all running Apps (For Series X|S consoles)
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USBs from the console then restart the Xbox and check for updates
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
    • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4) 

    Persistent Storage

    • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
    • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage

    Alternate Mac:

    • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings
    • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
    • Select restart

    1. Click the Start button. It’s the Windows logo in the bottom left corner.
    2. Select Command Prompt.
    3. To open the command prompt console, you could also simply press the Windows and R keys at the same time and enter cmd.
    4. You may see a popup asking if you want to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer. If you do, select Yes.
    5. If you are asked for an administrative login at this point, then you’ll need to contact your system administrator to proceed.
    6. In the command prompt window, type ipconfig /flushdns.
    7. Press Enter.
    8. You should see a message confirming that the DNS Resolver Cache was successfully flushed.

    If these do not help, provide us with the following info:

    • What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? 
    • Date/time issue occurred 
    • What type of issue do you have? 
    • Which mode has this happened in? 
    • Which part of the mode?

    • Where during the game(s) does it occur? 1st game, 4th game etc?

        • What type of issue do you have? MUT Draft Solo doesn’t work.
        • Which mode has this happened in? Kicked out of MUT, Headliner Challenges stop working.  Our servers cannot process…
        • Which part of the mode? MUT Draft
        • Summarize your bug.  There are enough summaries on this site.  Do your damn job.
        • How often does the bug occur?  ALL THE TIME
        • Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?  Play 3 games in MUT Draft Solo 
        • What happens when the bug occurs? Kicked out of MUT

      Ea_Shepard  none of those things helped, the error is exactly the same as it was in the video I linked earlier. 

      If these do not help, provide us with the following info:

      • Product: EA MADDEN 24
      •  
      • Platform: PC
      •  
      • Which console generation do you have?  PC
      •  
      • What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? MidnightPerfect
      •  
      • Date/time issue occurred : Every single day since pre release launch on the 15th... still not working.
      •  
      • What type of issue do you have? Everytime I go into MUT , MUT DRAFT SOLO it asks me to claim rewards, when I do I get the same error
      •  
      • Which mode has this happened in?  MUT SOLO DRAFT
      •  
      • Which part of the mode? 
      •  
      • Summarize your bug I linked a video that shows the exact problem
      •  
      • How often does the bug occur?  EVERY SINGLE TIME
      •  
      • Where during the game(s) does it occur? 1st game, 4th game etc?  Whenever I go into the MODE Mut DRAFT solo it asks me to claim rewards, when I do I get kicked off and out of Ultimate Team

      • Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?  Watch the video I linked

      • What happens when the bug occurs?  You're kicked off Ultimate team to main menu at startup, you enter and then all your challenges are also messed up.
