Hey All,
We are following up on this error specifically in Solo Draft. If you are still receiving this error after the maintenance this morning, please make sure first run through the following steps to see if they help at all with this as we want to cover everything we can.
Connection Steps
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)
- Change TCP/IP Settings
- Set up a Static IP
- Check date/time is correct in Windows
- Try a new Windows User Account
Reset Windows Host File
Xbox Steps
- Quit all running Apps (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USBs from the console then restart the Xbox and check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)
Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
PlayStation Steps
- Manage your downloadable content (DLC) on PlayStation
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)
Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database.
DNS Flush
- Click the Start button. It’s the Windows logo in the bottom left corner.
- Select Command Prompt.
- To open the command prompt console, you could also simply press the Windows and R keys at the same time and enter cmd.
- You may see a popup asking if you want to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer. If you do, select Yes.
- If you are asked for an administrative login at this point, then you’ll need to contact your system administrator to proceed.
- In the command prompt window, type ipconfig /flushdns.
- Press Enter.
- You should see a message confirming that the DNS Resolver Cache was successfully flushed.
If these do not help, provide us with the following info:
- Product:
- Platform:
- Which console generation do you have?
- What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?
- Date/time issue occurred
- What type of issue do you have?
- Which mode has this happened in?
- Which part of the mode?
- Summarize your bug
- How often does the bug occur?
- Where during the game(s) does it occur? 1st game, 4th game etc?
- Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
- What happens when the bug occurs?
Ea_Shepard none of those things helped, the error is exactly the same as it was in the video I linked earlier.
If these do not help, provide us with the following info:
- Product: EA MADDEN 24
- Platform: PC
- Which console generation do you have? PC
- What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? MidnightPerfect
- Date/time issue occurred : Every single day since pre release launch on the 15th... still not working.
- What type of issue do you have? Everytime I go into MUT , MUT DRAFT SOLO it asks me to claim rewards, when I do I get the same error
- Which mode has this happened in? MUT SOLO DRAFT
- Which part of the mode?
- Summarize your bug I linked a video that shows the exact problem
- How often does the bug occur? EVERY SINGLE TIME
- Where during the game(s) does it occur? 1st game, 4th game etc? Whenever I go into the MODE Mut DRAFT solo it asks me to claim rewards, when I do I get kicked off and out of Ultimate Team
- Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Watch the video I linked
- What happens when the bug occurs? You're kicked off Ultimate team to main menu at startup, you enter and then all your challenges are also messed up.

It fixed nothing and the issue is still happening, I mean at this point I pretty much am demanding a refund the game is unplayable

100% still happening Ea_Illium
Same error as video linked, same error since the 15th, still can't get in solo mut's to grind.
