Solved

mut regular season is not ending

My mut regular season won’t end and i have over 5 loses it just won’t end. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it’s still not fixed.

Hey everyone,

We recently rolled out a fix that should help with the game tracking issues. This should also help with the issues preventing Seasons from ending properly. We've also got a make-good in the works for those affected. Please keep an eye on the @MaddenNFLDirect channel for updates:

@EA_Kent hasn’t replied to this since he said this was solved but isn’t weeks ago… just tell use what’s going on, need to play seasons to make coins and packs.

I am experiencing this right now, just started for me a few days ago. Sitting at 6-2 should have been to playoffs and every new game i finish registers as game 1.
Also on a side note a lot of the cards are not being able to post to the auction house because the minimum allowed price is way higher than the maximum allowed. Happening with a lot of playbooks as well (49ers, Patriots, Cheifs, the ones that have logged more sells) eventually something in your algorithm is producing crazy mins and maxes. My EA ID was eef71b505ea3855e but I just changed it to CrabbyNabs i play on PC. OF course this happens to me the week I get the Matthew Berry buff on Deebo Samuel on my 50 49er theme team. Devastated...

I was having this issue and they took my records away for a month everything was 0s. They since given everything back other than my 5 superbowls I've won still say zero. My buddy had the same issue but they gave his superbowls back when they fixed his record. Pls help. PSN NoRemorseHW

Day 3 of asking for my 5 Superbowls back. I use those as bragging rights over my friends... or I can continue to not play and no buy anymore EA content. The choice is yours.

I gave a few days for you to respond and nothing so I am now selling madden 24 and WILL NOT buy another EA product. You are crooks and I hope a class action lawsuit is put on you.

Hello. My Mut Seasons has over 25 Wins and 8+ losses. I need for this to be fixed. I cant have fun playing this game since I am playing for nothing
