Nonstop Disconnects, Error code CE-108255-1 (PS5)

I have done all of the common troubleshooting guides and nothing is working.

The game loads up fine, and then I am on the menu. I am able to navigate the menu, however when I attempt to do any game play the screen turns to black and remains like that for about 10 seconds and then I am sent to a screen with the "something went wrong with this game or app" error code CE-108255-1
