Not getting any most fear rewards

EA - let us know you are aware of this issue. If you won't do anything to address it, at least tell us that. The lack of response and respect is mind blowing.
The second there is a issue that HELPS players or someone posts something against the terms of service action is taken. I know you have the ability to address and correct these issues.
Still waiting for this to be addressed. As well as the rewards for missing exp etc to be provided.
Give us an update please.
