So basically when i play online in madden 24 Pc My controller has a super long delay about 5-10 seconds but it’s only when it’s online. During a offline game such as franchise or quick play it’s just fine with 0 delay and I’m not sure what I can do to fix this problem. And it’s only on Madden online

Hi @champion21323, Can you check if the controller has any drivers to update? If not does it possibly work with PC software or is it plug and play?

Which controller are you using?

Also, when you have a moment can we give the following steps a try?

Close other running applications on your device

Try running the client and game as an admin

Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
