Passcode never gets sent, can’t play online.

There’s no customer service phone number or email available. How can I file a formal complaint?. You have no idea how frustrating madden 24 is. Theres so many server errors. It kicks you out of an almost finished game. It’s keep asking me to enter a verification code that never gets emailed. I’ve not been able to play online for the last 2 days. There’s so many bugs, very disappointing, the gameplay keeps getting worse every year. Why do you not care about your customers? Why do you keep making these half tested game. Your poor listening skills will cost millions when someone else comes out with an NFL game. Why do I have to verify my account on the game? It’s me! I bought it, No one else will want to hack this game. They’ll probably get a server error anyways. This will probably get ignored, bottom line is they simply don’t care.
