Based on those two things and the fact that 80 to 100% of my CPU is being used and only 20% of the GPU is ever being used is a big issue.
I've also encountered this issue. Managed (after hours and multiple attempts), to get through to an EA customer service rep via chat. All they said they could do was report it to the dev team (I believe the rep, it's an unenviable position) It's just so bad on EAs part, the customer service is woeful, the issue shouldn't even be an issue, and we're left with no answer or response from anyone.
Dumping people onto EA Forum seems to be the only solution or answer provided, and yet there's nothing here. It's just not good enough.
Hey i just bought this game yesterday and having the same issue where the game runs good and looks good but it is not utilizing the gpu at all. Is there a solution to this? I tried all the basic stuff people have mentioned.

Because EA already has your money and will continue to not care and blame you and your PC for the problem, as they ALWAYS do.
They mark issues as "solved" without ever directly responding to them. It will never end until people stop buying their trash.
