Play next challenge doesn't work

Everytime I select play next challenge I load into the next one and it leaves me at the screen in the screenshot below. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

I lost the others but have submitted approximately 4

      I have attempted to verify the files because 3 need to be re-installed. However, when I re-install these files, it causes EA Anticheat to fail and require re-installation. I have reached out to Steam and they have indicated that it is an issue I need to take up with you while also telling me the files may no be important. I will do the other things on the list and let you know if they work.
