Playoff champion set complete. No Darrell Revis upgrade?

never received any playoff promos or revis card I earned the upgrade cards by playing the challenges but was never given his card and can't get it so it makes the upgrades useless please help lol

i never received the 95 overall Jerry Rice after acquiring level 45 on the battle pass in mut 24

I’ve reached out to ea reps about 7 times in the last three day and all they say is sorry and it will come eventually but we all know it’s not going to. It’s sad that I got beat on the best available player through field pass this season.
