Please FIX MADDEN 24 so the Game won't FREEZE!!!

PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here. It seems that after EA Sports added the UNWANTED "UNSTOPPABLE" things started to happen. I was trying to make a trade between two teams when I discovered that quite a few random players faces in the rosters were gone and replaced with solid white squares. Frustrated - I edited these and gave the players new fake faces. Frustrating. Then I went to make a trade and discovered that the player had no face at all - just the team's logo. When I tried to see details about this player everything FROZE!!! Then, after reloading the game so I could try to play it I discovered several more players without any face - only the team's logo. They all made the game totally FREEZE!!! Why does the incompetent EA Sports people keep adding things that screw up the game. All I want to do is play a simple Franchise Mode PERIOD!!!!!! I am getting the point of really HATING EA SPORTS!!!!!!!!

Summarize your bug The Game Freezes Every Single Time That You Look At Certain Players Without Faces. They used to all have faces. Now you can't trade players. You can't check certain players. I've HAD IT WITH EA SPORTS!!!! YOU ARE ALWAYS MESSING THINGS UP!!!!! The teams that have caused my game to freeze are the 49ers, the Raiders, the Eagles, and probably many more but I've given up having to exit out of the game and reload it to check on players who will only lead to my Madden 24 game freezing again and to my blood pressure rising. YOUR GAME TEAM SUCKS!!!!!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the Rosters and check on Player Cards. If there is NO FACE - only the Team Logo - It will Freeze on you. You won't be able to exit back to the game at all. Everything Freezes Up. Thanks for Ruining the Game!!!!!!!!!!!!
What happens when the bug occurs? TOTAL FREEZE OF THE GAME AND MY DECISION NEVER TO PURCHASE ANOTHER GAME FROM EA SPORTS!!!!!!!
What do you expect to see? What I expect to see is that one day EA Sports will leave the game alone and have the Franchise Mode work. Of Course this is like wanting World Peace or wanting to have Money Automatically Appear Whenever I Want It. It won't happen because the jerks you have working at EA Sports will continue messing things up!!!!!

I would LOVE it if you were to get rid of UNSTOPPABLE (because it has STOPPED my ability to play the Franchise Mode).  I'd also LOVE EA Sports to get rid of all of the fah fah ridiculous game modes that the majority of football fans don't want.

But that's never going to happen.  Why can't you people just have a simple Franchise Game that works without having to go online and to PAY to save games to the "Cloud?"

EA makes enough money as it is.  Just give us a simple Franchise Game and make us like EA Sports for once.

Thank you for reading this rant.  I'm sorry but I'm really very unhappy with EA Sports Madden 24 at the moment.  It just isn't fun.

It sucks after UNSTOPPABLE came into my life.
