My CPU use is at 100% and my computer keeps shutting down saying there was an unexpected error. None of my gpu is being used aswell which is never happens during games. I believe that is why my computer crashes. Does anyone know how I could allow my GPU to run aswell. I tried everything already including it doing it through my computer itself, but it doesn't work. I'm sure its an EA issue but I paid 70 dollars and expect the game to work. Anyone know?

Me too bud. Facing the same issue where cpu is being utilized over GPU to run the game. They need to fix this. I’ve been trying to fix this, spent $300 on a new graphics card and wasted 3 days trying to resolve this issue. Nobody from EA is acknowledging that their is an issue with optimization of the game.
- 2 years ago@tonys526 It seems to be on their end right, I just know they will never fix it. Its wild.
- 2 years ago@soulsniper02 Yes! youre spot on this code has been improperly designed. It is a CPU hog. So much so that it may damage computer hardware. They may want to get on this like yesterday or a class action lawsuit could be coming.

Do this to fix
Turn On Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling
Some reports are claiming that enabling the Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling feature on the Windows machine might help the FIFA 23 game to run properly by boosting the game performance and reducing online latency. To do so, you can follow the steps below:
- Press the Win+I keys to open Windows Settings.
- Click on System > Go to Display.
- Go to Graphics > Click on Change default graphic settings.
- Now, make sure to Enable the Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling feature.
- Once done, make sure to reboot the PC to apply changes.
